Warehouse / Wellness Building
This separate 25,200 SF warehouse building was originally constructed to store product packaging materials. The facility has more recently been used to store spare parts, extra inventory, and records retention. A portion of the facility has been converted to a wellness center ideal for aerobics, weights and, cardio. A separate men’s and women’s toilet room with showers and lockers is existing. The building is constructed of a pre-engineered metal frame system on a CMU foundation.
Roofing is metal panel with luminous panels (sky lights) providing adequate day lighting to interior spaces.
The area west of the building is paved and has fixed picnic tables set-up for employees. Two (2) loading docks serve the building and are located at the south elevation. Additionally, there is one grade-level, large drive-in door.
The facility is fully conditioned by three (3) split system DX units. Heating is provided by a gas pack unit on grade. Building has programmable thermostats.
Ceiling Height is approximately 20’ to the highest point.
