Matt Honeycutt is a Real Estate Advisor at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, a full-service real asset management company that provides property management services, which includes facility, physical and fiscal management, as well as leasing and brokerage advisory services through-out the Triangle and North Carolina. In this position, Matt is responsible for tenant and landlord representation services, as well as helping TradeMark clients identify lease and purchase opportunities for retail, office and flex space properties throughout the Triangle; however, Matt tends to specialize in industrial business and properties.
Prior to joining TradeMark, Matt gained over four years of retail banking experience with BB&T in the Triangle. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of Triangle Business Builders and the Raleigh Jaycees. Matt is involved in
various athletic leagues, including the Raleigh Parks and Recreation, TriSports and Capital Area Team Sports.
A native of Farmville, Va., he resides in Raleigh.
